Catherine (Cat) Rodriguez serves as the Operations Director at Better Together Behavioral Health, where she leads and oversees day-to-day operations and collaborates with the clinical team to ensure the clinic’s operations align with the latest advancements in ABA therapy.

Cat holds a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a master’s in Elementary Education, both from Texas State University. She has served families within El Paso, Austin, and its surrounding areas, working in various capacities within the ABA field, including in-home, in-clinic, within the community, and at the Autism, Research, Evaluation, and Support (CARES) clinic at Texas State University. This diverse background gives her a multifaceted perspective and deep understanding of the different roles essential to high-quality care and operational management.

Passionate about mentoring and training, Cat fosters a supportive environment where both clients and staff thrive. She ensures that therapists are equipped with the resources and tools needed to excel in their roles, empowering the team to deliver client-centered, compassionate care.
