Yoseline Arroyo-Souffront, BCBA

Yoseline Arroyo-Souffront, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, is the Clinical Director at Better Together Behavioral Health. In her role, she leads the clinical team and ensures that each client receives the highest standard of care. She is also dedicated to creating and maintaining a positive work environment, while fostering a culture of collaboration, support, and growth within her team.

Yoseline holds a Master’s Degree in Exceptional Student Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from the University of West Florida. With over eight years of experience, she has provided behavior analytic services and compassionate care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Her work has spanned diverse settings—including clinics, schools, telehealth, homes, and communities—across Texas, North Carolina, and Japan.

As a leader, Yoseline is committed to cultivating an atmosphere where staff feel empowered, valued, and encouraged to grow both professionally and personally. She believes that a positive workplace culture is key to delivering the highest quality care to clients.

Passionate about collaboration, Yoseline works closely with patients and their families to ensure that treatment is both meaningful and effective. She continuously seeks opportunities to learn, evolve, and inspire those around her, driven by the belief that compassionate care and strong leadership can transform lives.
