Caroline Hernandez-Casner holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacology from the University of Michigan and a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. Her passion for science and her desire to make a meaningful impact on others’ lives led her to a fulfilling career in ABA. With over 10 years of experience in scientific research and more than 2 years in ABA, Caroline has cultivated a unique blend of skills that integrates personalized care with a strong foundation in behavior analysis. Her research background enables her to approach therapy with a critical, evidence-based mindset, while her hands-on experience providing direct ABA therapy allows her to deliver compassionate, tailored interventions for children with autism.
Caroline is deeply committed to fostering diverse, inclusive, and equitable environments for all families. She emphasizes the importance of building rapport with clients, families, and staff to establish trust, creating a solid foundation for successful intervention. Caroline stays up to date with the latest developments in ABA by regularly engaging with current literature and is always open to innovative, evidence-based approaches that best meet the needs of the families and clients she serves.
